A day in college

today like every wednesday since the past couple of week, i have islamic studies class from 12pm to 2pm. last week, since it was holiday for the schools, my mom can send me to college but this week, when school reopens, she could not. called my dad but he was too busy too. he told me to just use the bike. i still havent receive my license yet. actually, havent even paid yet due to the guy who are suppose to pick up the money keeps delaying. i'm kinda a bit neglected to ride the bike since there could be a roadblock or worst, RAIN!! so as a last resort, i end up using public transportation.

last night i set my alarm clock to wake me up at 8.30am. unexpectedly, the clock rang at 7am. i only notice that i woke up so early after i took the shower. i was like well, since i already wake up so early, might as well straight go to college to do some work. so i left about 7.30am. it was going to rain judging by the black clouds i saw in the sky. lucky i didnt plan to use the bike. if not, by the time i reach college, i would be soaking wet. while i was walking to the bustop which is 7 mins from my house, i heard the speech or the 'pengumuman' by the teachers from my old school. it was kinda nostalgic really. how i miss my life as a high school student.. but then again, i hate homeworks, studying, exams and etc. by the time i reach at the bustop, theres already a bus waiting. so i guess it was my lucky day. usually you have to wait more than half an hour for the bus as there are only 2 bus on daily basis that would take you to the train station in section 19. the bus ticket cost me rm1, 30sen more than the normal bus mini, but you can use it infinitely as long as you take the same type of bus, in this case 'Tempatan' or local. fortunately the bus was not crowded and i found a place just to sit nicely.

so i arrive to the ktm train station. bought the ticket to kl central, cost rm2.50. theres a small mini shop inside the station where you can buy sweet, newspaper, or even have a cup of coffee. it was really small though. may only support up to 4 or 5 customers at a time. but i guess it was a good idea since people who go to work using public transportation early in the morning may not have the time to breakfast. bought some sweets so that i can chew some during the long long looooooong journey to college. i had to wait 15 minutes for the train to arrive at the station. i saw a guy(i think he's a sissy), standing and waiting beyond the yellow line. i was like c'mon la, even though you are in a rush, dont actually risk your life by standing. they made the yellow line for a reason your know. when the trains stop at the station, people was pushing to get in and out of the train. i'm not that kind of person that would push and force my way in. i would rather wait for the next train. but if i didnt take this train, i could be late to class and to do some of the homeworks that i still havent finish doing. so i force my way in and successfully found a spot just right next to the door. when the door close, i saw the sissy guy outside. i was laughing inside so hard that i accidentally drop my bag which contains my laptop. i mean serves your right man! you could have just waited like everyone else.

so began the long journey to kl central. i was seriously crowded. i could not even move my feet to adjust myself. there was this indian guy who smells like shit. i dont think he even bath this morning. and i swear to god, someone actually dared to fart in the train crowded with people. its very hard to breathe properly. the fart was so stink that some of the girls there cover their nose with their sweater. it was that BAD!. haihz.. from shah alam to kl central should take around 35 minutes only but due to the waiting for the people to get in and out, it took around 50 minutes. so i went up the stairs, checkout my ticket, change train to lrt, buy new ticket, cost me another rm2. and lucky enough, there was a train already waiting for me and it was not that crowded like in ktm. from kl central to taman bahagia station didnt took so much time as the train was fast there were less people. when i arrive at the station, it was already 9.15am. took and cab and finally arrive kdu college around 9.30am. oh yea, the cab costs me rm5, gave the driver tips as he was nice to me. he actually thought i was a chinese. hehe. it was expected though.

anyway here i drew a rough sketch of the journey:

sorry for the bad quality of the drawing...

well....yea. you do the math. if you staying in my place or near here, i would suggest to use bike or a car to go to kdu college, or just skip the class. 2 hours just to get to class aint worth it. especially when you know the class maybe end around 1 hour after its started and you may learn nothing from it at all. the route of the train is the worst. it need to make a narrow L shape then only you can arrive at taman bahagia station which is the closest station you can be before you take a cab. i swear to you i will never ever again go to college by public transportation unless theres something important that needed to be done.

last week, some of my juniors came back after 2 months plus in national service. actually i dont really care because since when i care about anybody right? several days after they got back, i sent a comment to pauline. you know what she replied? "waa...after months i left for NS, i'm still the top in your true friends list". i was like...of cause la you always at the top, you cheated when you were answering the questions. so i'm begging to ALL my friends to break her records so that she stops bragging about it. i think i will make a new test as the question on that test is quite old and some of it are not true anymore.

wow...such a long post it has been. i still have another 20 minutes before islamic studies class starts. after that i need to go to room 105 for my 1st meeting as a member of animspiration club in kdu. its my first every club in this fuck'up boring college. to tell you the truth, if i have the money, i would change college and course already. before this i'm really interested in cooking and photography. but because that i know nothing about these two fields, i kinda force myself to take computer related subject as i was good at it already. not to be proud or anything..

new semester is around the corner. i'm hoping that i will not fail any subjects because i'm taking 5 subjects plus islamic studies which will be end on the second week of april. cant wait to meet new and old friends and learn something new along the way. i guess i wanna stop now. battery is running out. before i do, here's a comic strip i wanna share with you guys. i trust only the geeks and nerds like me would understand it. aidos! me out~

Ready for Windows Vista?
